World’s Largest McDonald’s Florida Honest Review

We both love McDonald’s so it wouldn’t have made sense if we went to Orlando and didn’t visit the world’s largest McDonald’s. We read loads of reviews before we went and they all said the same thing, that you MUST visit the latest McDonalds and that it’s amazing.

We thought we’d come to give our honest review of the world’s largest McDonald’s in Orlando FL and tell the world what we really thought about it, it’s not amazing like everyone says but it does have some great qualities with the place as well!

One thing I want to say, is you can tell the staff don’t get tips because they can’t even smile. I get it though, working in a place like that surrounded by screaming children would probably have me walking around looking grumpy all day as well.

Review of The World’s Largest McDonald’s Orlando

When they say the world’s largest, they really do mean it. We have never been to a McDonald’s even close to the size of the Florida McDonald’s and what makes it look even bigger is the fact that there are normal McDonald’s everywhere in Orlando which makes the place look even bigger!

The McDonald’s has loads of parking so you should be able to find a place to park. That being said if it’s very busy you might not. The McDonald’s is on a busy road so it might be tricky to get to for first-time drivers.

How Big Is The World’s Largest McDonald’s In Florida?

The world’s largest McDonald’s in Florida is 19,000 square feet (1,800 square meters). It is located on International Drive in Orlando, Florida. The restaurant has three stories and offers a 22-foot-tall PlayPlace, over 100 arcade games, and a waving 30-foot-tall image of Ronald McDonald at the entrance. The restaurant is open 24 hours and features a “Create Your Own” menu.

Quite frankly, the world’s largest Mcdonalds is huge and there’s more than enough space for tourists to fit in and mingle around. The views outside aren’t the best but you’re not there to look out the window.

Is The World’s Largest Mcdonald’s Good For Children?

The world’s largest Mcdonald’s is great for children. However, it’s important to keep in mind that the Mcdonalds is huge so it’s important to keep an eye on children at all times. The play areas can also get very crowded and loud. The play area may not be suited for children with neurodiverse conditions.

The venue is huge, so it might take you a while to take a look around. For example, we can’t comment on the museum or gift shop which is there as we didn’t manage to find it!

• The PlayPlace is a two-story structure with various activities for children to enjoy. There are slides, tunnels, ball pits, and other climbing structures. The PlayPlace is also divided into age-appropriate areas so that younger children can play safely away from older children.
• Arcade games are a popular activity for children of all ages. There are over 100 games, including classics like Pac-Man and Donkey Kong. Children can use their McFun cards to play the games and earn virtual tickets. These tickets can then be redeemed for prizes in the redemption centre.
• The Mickey D’s Magic & Mayhem Comedy Magic Show is a fun and interactive show that is performed daily. The show features magic tricks, juggling, and comedy. Children will love being able to participate in the show and learn some magic tricks of their own.
• McDonaldland character appearances are a great way for children to meet their favourite McDonald’s characters. Ronald McDonald, Grimace, and the Hamburglar often make appearances at the World’s Largest McDonald’s. Children can get autographs, take pictures, and even have a dance party with the characters.
• Karaoke sessions are a fun way for children to sing their hearts out. Karaoke sessions are held on weekends and are open to children of all ages. Children can choose their favourite songs and sing along with the live band.

No, the worlds largest Mcdonalds is free to enter. However, it is good manners to buy something while you’re there if you’re using the faculties.

The only exception to this is the arcade games on the second floor. These games require a McFun card, which can be purchased for $5. The McFun card allows you to play the games and earn virtual tickets. These tickets can then be redeemed for prizes in the redemption center. You can bet it keeps your children busy for hours, great for parents that need a little break.

The amount of food that you can order is unreal, however, it’s not all good. They have an amazing pizza set up but the pizza wasn’t that nice. We would recommend getting the chocolate cake though, that was nice.

• Brick oven pizza is made with fresh dough and toppings, and it is cooked in a brick oven. The pizza is available in various flavours, including pepperoni, cheese, and veggie.
• Belgian waffles are made with buttermilk batter and served with whipped cream and fruit. The waffles are a great breakfast option, but they can also be enjoyed for lunch or dinner.
• Customizable pasta dishes are made with your choice of pasta, sauce, and toppings. There are a variety of different sauces to choose from, including marinara, Alfredo, and pesto. You can also choose from a variety of different toppings, such as grilled chicken, sausage, and vegetables.
• Omelettes are made with your choice of ingredients and cooked to order. You can choose from a variety of different ingredients, such as cheese, bacon, ham, and vegetables.
• Gourmet Bistro menu features a variety of upscale dishes, such as steak, seafood, and pasta. The dishes are made with fresh ingredients and they are cooked to order.
• Dessert bar offers a variety of desserts, including cakes, cookies, ice cream, and milkshakes. There is something for everyone at the dessert bar, whether you are looking for something sweet or something more savoury.

There are three types of pizza you can have. Pepperoni pizza, Cheese pizza and custom made build your own pizza. The pizzas are $8.99 for a small pizza, $10.99 for a medium pizza and $12.99 for a large pizza.

• Build Your Own Pizza: You can choose your own toppings and type of cheese. Toppings include pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, black olives, pineapple, and bacon. Cheese options are mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan.
• Pepperoni Pizza: This pizza is topped with pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, and a choice of red sauce or white sauce.
• Cheese Pizza: This pizza is topped with mozzarella cheese and a choice of red sauce or white sauce.

All pizzas are made with fresh dough and cooked in a brick oven. We tried the pepperoni pizza and thought it wasn’t very nice. It had a lot of oil on it and it was bland, if you’re visiting this Mcdonalds we wouldn’t suggest getting the pizza.

The World’s Largest Mcdonalds has three pasta options. Penne pasta with marinara sauce, fettuccine alfredo with chicken and spaghetti with meat sauce. All pasta dishes are $9.99.

• Penne Pasta with Marinara Sauce: This dish is made with penne pasta, marinara sauce, and your choice of grilled chicken, sausage, or vegetables.
• Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken: This dish is made with fettuccine noodles, Alfredo sauce, and grilled chicken.
• Spaghetti with Meat Sauce: This dish is made with spaghetti noodles, meat sauce, and your choice of grated Parmesan cheese.

We didn’t try the pasta, we saw a few people eating it and our first thoughts were, that looks like rubber.

The world’s largest Mcdonalds options various dessert options which are mainly priced at $3.99 or less. However, there are some desserts that are priced higher such as the 12 box of cookies or chocolate fudge cake.

• Cakes: There are a variety of cakes available, including chocolate cake, vanilla cake, and carrot cake.
• Cookies: There are a variety of cookies available, including chocolate chip cookies, oatmeal raisin cookies, and sugar cookies.
• Ice cream: There are a variety of ice cream flavours available, including chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, and mint chocolate chip.
• Shakes: There are a variety of shakes available, including chocolate shake, vanilla shake, strawberry shake, and mint chocolate chip shake.
• Other desserts: There are also a variety of other desserts available, such as brownies, pies, and doughnuts.

We recommend getting the chocolate fudge cake, it was probably the yummiest thing they had that we tried.

The World’s Largest Mcdonald’s, Florida Review

Overall, the world’s largest Mcdonalds was an experience. If you go without children, it will feel totally different and you’ll be more focused on the food. It’s a shame to say that the food at the world’s largest Mcdonalds Florida isn’t that great.

We see so many people on TikTok showing off the food and saying how amazing it is. We like to eat at various restaurants and fast food chains across the globe and out of all the Mcdonalds we’ve tried, this is one of the worst. We had a nicer Mcdonalds in Benidorm than a world famous Florida Mcdonalds!

Also, be prepared to have your food brought to your table at random times. We got one half of our order and then waited 10 minutes for the second half.
